My Halloween Party - Viola, 5

We had a parade, and we had to dress up in our costumes.  After we did that, first we had a snack.  Then we played games.  We played Put the Nose on the Pumpkin.  He got a hundred noses--well, a sort of hundred.  Maybe 22.  This book is about the game we played called Pass the Pumpkin.  We all sat in a circle, and you have to pass the pumpkin around.  That's why it's called Pass the Pumpkin.  When it stops, you have to get some candy because you still have the pumpkin.  Then you have to cheer.  After we did that, we got a couple more treats, and we went home.  We had fun.
